Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your HomeDeco account and select the item you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure it remains undamaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
